I currently only accept PayPal and credit cards for international customers.
Dutch customers can also choose to pay directly by bank transfer.
If you wish to use that option, you'll need to send me an email requesting this and I'll send you the information you need.

- If you wish to pay using a credit card, you still need to click on the PayPal icon and follow the on-screen instructions. |

Please make sure to submit a valid postal address when you place your order. I will double check it with you in case I have any doubts, however this can cause a delay in having your purchase shipped.
I always try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment.
It may take a little bit longer if the order is placed in the weekend or if you need any alterations done, but I will always let you know how much time I need and when your purchase is being shipped.
I try to keep my shipping costs on a reasonable level, that however means that there is no tracking or insurance included. If you would like to have your purchase shipped with insurance, please let me know! This is quite expensive, so I would only recommend it for the more expensive pieces in my shop.
Estimated shipping time:
[The Netherlands] 2 - 3 days
[Europe] 3 - 7 days
[Outside Europe] 7 - 14 days
Please note that these are just my estimates. Personal experience says that it goes faster than this in most cases!
Customs charges that may occur are always the responsibility of the customer. |

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know by sending an email within 14 days of receiving the package. We'll have a look at the problem and see what needs to be done to work it out.
If you wish to return an item, it needs to be in unused condition! You will also need to pay for the return postage unless the return is caused by a mistake with the order on my behalf.
