I’m Julia, jewelry designer and metal smith. I’m also a mother and a wife. Someone who’s totally into interior decorating and loves a good DIY project. I like good quality and sustainability. I love learning, although I’m quite impatient. I want my jewelry photos to look as good as the yummy food photos you see on food blogs. I wish there were more hours to each day. I’m a dreamer, and I’m learning to become a doer.

About the jewelry
I work almost exclusively in silver and semi-precious gemstones and I find quality and simplicity two of the most important keywords when it comes to describing my work. I love it when you can look at a piece of jewelry and see that it works just as well with jeans as it does with a dress and heels!
I love color just as much as I love the sleek look of silver, so depending on the season and my current inspirations, you’ll find juicy looking gemstones as well. Again, quality has top priority!
What about the name?
Ulv is an old Scandinavian word for Wolf. It’s also what my maiden name begins with. I love having that little bit of my name in my company name, and also something that hints at my Scandinavian roots.
